Content Services Agreement

Last updated: October 2, 2026 · Srishti Solution · [email protected]

This explains, in plain words, what happens when Srishti Solution manages your Google Business Profile, Facebook and Instagram.

1. What we do

Post on the platforms you choose — Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, or any mix — at the times in your plan.
Use the photos you send us on WhatsApp, after approval. Several photos are spread over the following days, never all on one day.
Reply to Google reviews and, if you take the add-on, to Facebook and Instagram comments and Instagram messages.
Send you every enquiry (name, message, phone number if given) on your WhatsApp.
Send a monthly report: posts made, replies sent, enquiries and WhatsApp taps.

2. What you provide

Access through Meta Business Partner sharing and Google Business Profile manager access. We never ask for your passwords. You can remove our access at any time.
Real photos of your own shop, products and work. Do not send photos taken from the internet or photos of people who have not agreed to be posted.
Correct prices, offers (with end dates) and business details in your knowledge book. The AI only says what is in your posts and this book.
Approval or rejection of replies that need you, within a reasonable time.

3. AI replies and who is responsible

Replies are written by AI using only your posts and your knowledge book. It never invents a price, a discount, stock or a delivery date.
Complaints, and any reply that mentions a price not in your post or knowledge book, always wait for a person to approve.
If a question waits more than 2 hours without a decision, a polite "please WhatsApp us" reply is posted. Complaints never get an automatic reply.
Your shop has the final word on prices and terms. If your knowledge book is out of date, update it — the AI uses the change from the next reply.
Spam and abusive comments are hidden, not deleted. Political, religious and other sensitive comments are never answered by AI.

4. When a platform fails

Google, Meta and WhatsApp are outside our control. If a post fails, we retry for up to 3 hours and tell our team.
If a planned post is missed because of our mistake, we make it up within 7 days.
If a platform blocks a post for its own policy reasons, we change the content and post again — we do not argue with the platform's decision.
Daily posting limits (Google 2, Facebook 3, Instagram 2) protect your page from looking like spam, and apply to every plan.

5. Your data

Your photos and content stay yours. We use them only for your pages.
Comments and enquiries from your customers are kept for up to 180 days, then deleted automatically.
When you stop the service, we delete your photos, knowledge book, comments, enquiries and settings on request (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).
See our Privacy Policy for what we collect from people who comment on or message your pages.

6. Payment and stopping the service

The service is billed monthly in Indian Rupees (₹). The price is the package you chose, plus any add-on.
You can stop at the end of any month. Tell us before your next billing date.
If payment is late, posting is paused until it is paid. Nothing is deleted while paused.
