By accessing SrishtiStore (srishtidigi.com) and purchasing any digital product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use this platform or make any purchase.

Intellectual Property & Exclusive Ownership

All digital products, designs, templates, AI tools, and content available on SrishtiStore are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Srishti Solution. These works are protected under Indian and international copyright law.

✕You may NOT upload our products to any marketplace, website, or file-sharing platform
✕You may NOT claim authorship or ownership of any product created by Srishti Solution
✕You may NOT reverse-engineer, modify for resale, or create derivative works for distribution
✕Each purchase grants a single-user personal or commercial license only (as stated per product)

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action under applicable copyright laws. Srishti Solution reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

What You Are Allowed To Do

✓Use the product for your own personal projects or client work (single-user license)
✓Access and re-download your purchased files at any time from your account dashboard
✓Request support for any product-related issue at [email protected]

Payments & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay — UPI, Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets accepted
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
• Promotional or discounted prices are valid only for the period stated

Digital Delivery

All products are delivered digitally and instantly after confirmed payment. Download links are accessible at any time from your Account Dashboard → Downloads. No physical goods are shipped. Products are never sent by email.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been delivered and accessed, we are unable to offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of duplicate purchase or verifiable technical failure.

Limitation of Liability

SrishtiStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the purchase price of the specific product involved. We make no warranties beyond what is expressly stated in the product description.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from the use of SrishtiStore shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

International Buyers & Currency

Srishti Digital Store accepts buyers from all countries. All purchases are digital and delivered instantly to your dashboard — no physical shipping applies.

Payment currency: All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay. Your bank or card provider may apply its own foreign exchange and conversion fees.
Displayed prices: Where prices are shown in your local currency, these are approximate conversions for reference only. The INR amount is the binding price.
VAT / GST for EU buyers: Digital products purchased from outside India may be subject to your local VAT or digital services tax. Srishti Solution is not registered as a VAT collector in the EU and does not collect or remit EU VAT. Buyers are responsible for any applicable local tax obligations.
Governing law: These Terms are governed by Indian law regardless of your country of residence.
