Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold on SrishtiStore are digital in nature and are delivered instantly via download link upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

2. When Refunds Are Eligible

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

• The product file is corrupted, broken, or completely non-functional
• The product is significantly different from its description or preview
• You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment)
• Technical error prevented you from downloading the product after payment
• Refund request is made within 48 hours of purchase and the product has not been downloaded

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after purchase
• Product already downloaded or accessed
• Incompatibility with your software (please check requirements before purchase)
• Purchased by mistake — please verify before completing payment
• Request made after 48 hours of purchase

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at cc@srishtidigi.com with:

• Your registered email address
• Order ID / Payment ID
• Reason for refund request
• Screenshot of the issue (if applicable)

We will respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy
